Hull Street Energy has purchased Sunrise Power Holdings, the company’s latest acquisition of natural gas-fired generation.

The company purchased the 586 MW plant from Generation Bridge Acquisition, which is an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners. The Sunrise facility is located in Fellows, California.

Including Sunrise, Hull Street Energy affiliates now own 2.3 GW of gas-fired and dual-fueled generation capacity throughout the U.S. We recently reported that Hull Street purchased two gas-fired plants in Texas.

The financing for the Sunrise acquisition was led by Investec as the Initial Bookrunner and Initial Coordinating Lead Arranger.
