Photo source: Hull Street Energy.) Hull Street Energy has acquired the Bastrop Energy Center and Paris Energy Center power plants from Mesquite Generation Holdings, an affiliate of Atlas Holdings. The gas-fired plants are in Bastrop and Paris, Texas, respectively, and provide 855 MW of electricity to the ERCOT grid. Hull Street also plans to acquire Sunrise Power Holdings LLC, which owns a 586 MW power plant in Bakersfield, California. Following that purchase Hull Street and its affiliates will own approximately 2,300 MW of gas-fired and dual-fueled generation capacity.
